Quality Assurance Manager
VOLT is seeking an experienced quality assurance manager. This position is with strong and growing firearms parts manufacturer with lots of precision parts and detailed work. They provide 85% of the parts for Smith & Wesson. If you have experience with CNC/machining equipment, quality assurance and leadership in your background, then this position. Additional job details:
Oversee quality procedures, standards, and specifications. Review all customer requirements and ensure that they are being met Conduct quality analysis to assure effectiveness into our final product Work daily with engineers and operators to ensure a quality parts are being made Help configure solutions to CNC/machinery and CMM issues. Requirements 5
years in a similar quality role Preferred Education:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Quality Assurance Management with an engineering focus, or a similar field CMM Experience Quality Assurance program leadership experience Preference will be given to applicants with experience in the firearm industry, with CNC engineering/machining experience, and/or with experience with government contracts, FAT, QAP, and military specifications VOLT is an equal opportunity employer.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
